There's an orange tree! Don't cut it down. Even if there aren't perfect oranges, there's always juice. Hah! I'll guy you a juicer. Glad the inspection went well. I've started to build up my savings again so soon I may be able to give you more money.

Oh I have no intention of cutting it down, just pruning it a bit. I snagged an orange the last time I was there. It was delish!
Don't worry about the money. We're doing ok.
